Do I get WHM access?
- No. You get shared hosting account. You do not get WHM or reseller accounts.
Where are your servers located?
- We have servers located in Canada, United States, Europe, United Kingdom, and Asia.
Can I get a dedicated IP address
- No. We do not offer dedicated IP addresses.
Do I get free SSL?
- Yes. Each hosting account comes with free SSL. Either with Lets Encrypt or cPanel AutoSSL
What control panel do you use?
- We have both cPanel and DirectAdmin.
Can you migrate my website to your servers?
- Yes we can help you migrate your accounts. Just put in a ticket, with your username and password for from current host and we will move it over.
Do you offer a refund?
- Yes, we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee on hosting services only. This applies to new users only and first order. Any payments made after that time are not refundable. We will apply it as credit to be used for future hosting invoices
Do you backup my hosting accounts?
- We do run weekly backups every Saturday night. But, we do not guarantee the backups. 99% of the time we do have backups. You are responsible for you own data
How much diskspace and bandwidth do I get for each hosting account?
- Each hosting account gets 1GB of diskspace and at least 10GB of monthly bandwidth
What if I need more space or bandwidth?
- Please put in a ticket with support. We will look at the issue assess from there. Normally we will add the extra resources.
